Our team had the opportunity to work with Kelli and Donor Synergy Consulting to launch our Capital Campaign Committee. Kelli brings a keen understanding of major gifts moves management and knowledge of relationship-building strategies built from several decades of development work.
Her efforts in setting up the structure of our committee, including defined roles, goals, regular meetings and communications, were instrumental to the successful launch of this important group of volunteer leaders. With Kelli’s support, the committee met their first year goals and has great momentum for the coming year. I am grateful to Kelli for her valuable perspective and guidance.
